Current Availability & Fall Intake Update

To maintain the highest quality of care and ensure every family receives a consistent, reserved session time, Strong River Counselling directly manages client scheduling rather than using open online booking.

  • After-School & Evening Hours: Currently at full capacity.

  • Daytime & Mid-Day Hours: Limited recurring openings occasionally become available on Tuesday mornings and early afternoons—ideal for younger children (ages 3–12), flexible school schedules, and parent coaching.

  • Priority Waitlist: Transitions in therapy happen regularly. Families on our priority waitlist are reviewed weekly and contacted immediately as matching recurring spots open up.

Interim Clinical Support: When you submit an inquiry to join our waitlist, you will receive our complimentary Strong River Family Resource Package via email, offering practical tools and clinical strategies you can use at home right away.

How We Begin Our Work Together

Starting therapy for your child or family should feel clear, supportive, and well-organized from your very first interaction. Because we directly manage our calendar to protect consistency of care, every new therapeutic journey follows three simple steps:

1. Submit Your Inquiry: Complete the confidential form below to share a brief summary of your needs, your preferred service (Child Therapy, Parent Coaching, or Family Counselling), and your general availability.

2. Priority Matching & Consultation: We review all incoming inquiries weekly. As soon as a recurring session time matching your schedule opens up, we will reach out to arrange a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.

3. Confirming Your Plan: During our consultation call, we will discuss your family's goals, confirm clinical fit, and lock in your dedicated, recurring session time.
